Subpages for Injection Systems:

Ozawa “Golf Pro”

ozawa.jpg

The Ozawa Pro is a proportional metering system that is easy to setup, calibrate and use. You can preset up to four independent pumping heads for almost any rate desired. The unique design of the Ozawa pump makes “damage to the pump due to the system running dry” a thing of the past.  Each pump head has a volume control adjustor that allows you to control the  output of the pump head as low as 0% to 100% per head without damage to the pump heads. Rates can be configured  from ounces up to 151 gallons per hour (based on head and motor configuration). The Ozawa Pro flow pacer system will proportionally inject up to four different fertilizers and chemicals into variable water flow. This versatile injection system can be used in golf courses, greenhouses, nurseries, drip irrigation, center pivot and many other water treatment applications. The Ozawa Pro is a golf courses best friend, making proportional metering easy, versatile and economical.

Ozawa Flow Paced System can be installed on systems that have a changing flow such as golf courses, drip systems or nurseries. The Ozawa Golf Pro uses a water meter to sense water flow and will adjust the speed of the pump motor to provide a constant percentage or rate of fertilizer to the system. Flow rates are adjustable from ounces per hour up to 48 gallons per hour. Ozawa pumps can also be used to control ph or E.C. in the water. These controllers adjust the rate of the applied material to maintain the preset levels. Ozawa pumps can be used on micro, drip, sprinkler, pivot or flood irrigation systems. Irrigation systems for all agricultural, golf course sprinklers or nursery irrigation systems can be outfitted with an Ozawa Golf Pro System.

The Ozawa Pro System consists of five components to make this unique system operate:

  1. Controller– This unit controls the line flow and provides the rate and has a totalizer for your record keeping responsibilities.
  2. Variable Frequency  Drive (V.F.D.)- This component is programmable and can be operated manually or by remote control. Provides an analog output signal indicator and has a 485 computer link.
  3. Flow Sensor-  This device Provides a digital output to the controller and mounts into a 2” to 36” pipe.
  4. Surge Protector– This device Provides  protection against electric surges in the system.
  5. The Ozawa Pump-  The Ozawa Classic Pump will accommodate up to four pump heads  providing up to 104 gallons  per hour . The new Ozawa Pro Pumps (#6-7) are made of  304  stainless  steel construction and can handle up to two pumps providing up to 96 gallons per hour.
